We are pleased to inform you that the construction linked payment plan for The Plaza Project has been approved by The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).

Please see attached approval Notice.

We would also like to announce that the Shoring and Piling contract has been awarded for the project.

Within the next few days, our accounts department will be issuing statements of any payments due on your purchase.
