Dear Customer,

We are pleased to inform you the construction update for Marina as follows:

1. We have the main contractor on site and he has completed the Pile head cutting and excavation.
2. The Dubai Municipality has inspected the site for the Shoring works done and given approval for the same.
3. On having received the Dubai Municipality approval the Main contractor has started the PCC works and  currently the PCC is being laid.
4. The Tower foundation is being prepared to receive the main crane.
5. The gunite of the shoring works has started.
6. The waterproofing shall be the next in the program.
